Giving@Home describes all items to the very best of our ability. Some items are donated along with the shipping so please be aware that you may receive an item from a smoking home or from pet owners.

All products purchased are shipping with in 48 hours M-F , You will receive a shipping notice via your provided email addy. If you have not received this email and have questions concerning your shippment please use the contact us form located HERE

Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless specified in the listing - PLEASE be sure to READ the listing Carefuly and ask any questions that you may have before your purchase.

We will replace damaged goods with a refund, please return the item to us along with your printed receipt. We can NOT issue a refund for damaged items not returned.
